GENERAL FEATURES OF SERIES TNG
?CASING: DN 100 or 150. Weatherproof construction, degree of protection IP-55. Case and ring: AISI series 300.
?MOVEMENT: high precision special construction, in AISI Series 300 stainless steel, with bushed pivots.
?DIAL & SCALE: dial in aluminium with inalterable black numerals and graduations on white background.
?POINTER: adjustable.
?THERMAL ELEMENT: inert gas filled system (to classification SAMA IIIB) consisting of:
-bourdon tube AISI 316L
-bulb AISI 316.
-connection AISI 304 compression fitting with adjustable insertion length.
-capillary AISI 316 with stainless steel flexible armor.
?MOUNTING: radial, offset back, surface, flush (see point 1.1 overleaf).
?RANGES: from -30/+70 a 0/600°C (see point 3 overleaf).
?ACCURACY CLASS: ±1% span (at 20°C).
?AMBIENT TEMPERATURE: (operative) -30 / +70 °C.
?TEMPERATURE ERROR: ±0,2 % of span (for 50 K change in ambient temperature).

?CASING: DN 100, 130 o 150. Weatherproof version , protection class IP-56-EN60529/IEC529. Case and bayonet ring in AISI 304.
Version IP65 available on request.
?DIAL AND SCALE : aluminium dial with black numerals and graduations on white background. Measuring range between the marks Ø ? , according to EN13190 : 2001 indicated on dial.
?POINTER : black aluminium, balanced, micrometric adjustable.
?THERMAL ELEMENT : coiled bimetal.
?STEM : in AISI316.
?STEM DIAMETER : STANDARD 8mm . As option 6 or 9,6 mm.
?STEM LENGTH : from 65 to 600mm lenght is standard (see table 5).
Over 600mm, available only on request
?CONNECTION : fixed or adjustable .
?STEM POSITION : Back central stem ; bottom radial stem ; adjustable angle stem .
With adjustable angle stem , dial face can be angled 180°.
?NOMINAL RANGES : see point 3 .
?ACCURACY CLASS : class 1 according to EN 13190 : 2001
?WORKING TEMPERATURE : continuous to maximum rating less than 400°C. Intermittent between 400°C and 500°C.
For continuous service over 400°C, use gas expansion type instruments (see series TNG, bulletin PT-F1-12) .
?STORE TEMPERATURE : -20/+60°C
